We work with and confirm availability with our warehouse network, and we get a confirmation the order has shipped. Installation supplies such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whips, and disconnects aren't included but can be purchased separately in the Accessories section of this page for an additional fee. Your system will be cleaned by the automated cleaning function, but it is advised to manually clean the unit's filters regularly.
