Designed for roofs with good sun exposure throughout the day, the AB-4523A model series fans feature an adjustable 45 watt unit mounted solar panel and self-flashing fan base for easy installation on roofs with composite shingles, cedar shake, flat concrete tiles, or other low profile roofing materials.  Engineered with Attic Breeze UltraFlo® technology and third generation performance upgrades, the AB-4523A solar attic fan delivers up to 1925 CFM of airflow in full sun exposure and offers an industry leading LIFETIME WARRANTY.
