The AB-4523A model series fans have a self-flashing fan base and an adjustable 45-watt unit-mounted solar panel for easy installation on roofs with composite shingles, cedar shake, flat concrete tiles, or other low-profile roofing materials.

They are designed for roofs with good daytime sun exposure. The AB-4523A solar attic fan has an industry-leading LIFETIME WARRANTY. It is engineered with Attic Breeze UltraFlo® technology and third-generation performance enhancements to deliver up to 1925 CFM of airflow in total sun exposure.
